My path to massage began almost 17 years ago. After a few different chapters, I eventually found my way back to the work that had always stayed with me.
Through massage, yoga and Reiki I’ve come to understand how much we carry in our bodies, and how powerful it can be to have a space where you can simply slow down and breathe.
I’m a licensed massage therapist, 500-hour registered yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner with continued training in therapeutic, trauma-informed, lymphatic, and Ayurvedic-inspired bodywork.
Hollowroot grew from a simple belief: you deserve a place to slow down, feel supported and be cared for.

Trauma-informed
How I work
Your session begins with you.
We’ll take a few moments to talk about what your body needs and what feels supportive that day.
My approach is trauma-informed, meaning your comfort, consent and autonomy stay at the center. Nothing is assumed, and you’re always welcome to ask for a change, pause or stop.
Your body is yours. You’re in charge. I’m here to listen, support and create space for you to soften.
What massage is and isn’t
Massage can support relaxation, recovery, and relief from everyday tension. It isn’t a substitute for medical care, and I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions.
My work stays within my training and scope. If you’re under a provider’s care, please check with them before booking and share anything you’ve been asked to avoid.
Your care comes first.
Ready when you are.
Studio appointments are confirmed when booked.
