Booking + payment
Your session is paid in full when you book, by card through Stripe. Prices are per person, before gratuity. Gratuity is never expected, always appreciated.
Studio appointments are confirmed when booked.
Cancellations + rescheduling
Studio appointments require 24 hours’ notice.
Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Within 24 hours, 50% is refunded; within 12 hours or a missed appointment, the session isn’t refunded.
Feeling unwell? Reschedule or cancel — there is never a fee for illness. I’ll offer you the same courtesy.
Arriving late
Sessions end at their scheduled time so the next person’s care isn’t interrupted. The full session price still applies.
Draping + consent
Before your first session, you’ll complete a brief health and consent intake. We’ll review it as needed from visit to visit.
You’ll remain comfortably draped throughout your session, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Gluteal, genital, and breast areas remain covered. Draping is never changed without your clear consent.
You can ask for different pressure, skip an area, pause, or stop at any time.
Professional boundaries
Massage at Hollowroot is professional and non-sexual. Sexual comments, requests, or behavior will end the session immediately, with the full session fee due.
I may also decline or end a session if someone appears impaired, behaves abusively, withholds important health information, or does not respect these boundaries.
Adults only
Sessions are for adults 18 and over.
Your records
